Hair Loss: Food to Avoid 2
There was already a brief list of the food to avoid for hair loss in a previous entry. Unfortunately, the actual list is not limited to what was previously presented. Here is an added record of foods to avoid, and the reasons why they cause hair loss.
1. Sucralose and Splenda – These two chemicals are artificial sweeteners, as the definition states, artificial, unnatural, and man-made. It causes man problems that would further on lead to hair loss such as sudden increase or decrease in appetite, depression, and allergies.
2. Too much salt – High salt content in the food, which is our regular diet damages the kidneys. So we hear over and over again. What was not mentioned, which is a minor effect of this damage is because of the state of our kidneys, it creates acidic blood, and this leads to more hair loss.
3. Aspartame – This is a sugar used in many artificial sweeteners, gums, or soft drinks, which is in reality a toxin that has numerous side effects, some of them, very dangerous to your healthy. A considerably mild side effect of Aspartame is marked loss of hair, but truly is a minor concern as compared with the other side effects.
